The film "The Last Stand of the USS Houston (Death Becomes The Ghost)" is an important companion to this film. The INJ effectively removed the expected support of the US Navy from PearlHarbor. The Asiatic Fleet and its Dutch, British and Australian Allies were left alone, outgunned, with older ships and no air support.
